Rex gets a boy!!
Ross' Dad had a Cocker Spaniel when he was a boy and wanted his
son to have the same experience. So, when they called me about a puppy, Rex was
excited to be
going home with
his own boy!!
Rex is now living
with his new family in
Monongahela, PA.
"Everywhere we go, we get compliments on how beautiful he is!! Rexy is SO good!! He is learning to fetch! LOVES other dogs of all sizes! He is obsessed with strawberries, cucumbers and carrots. He goes to the door when he wants to go out. Rex knows sit, down, high five and is learning to stay! We are SO in love with our little ball of fur!"

Riley found his forever family!
Kolette and Mike fell in love with this little guy and decided to adopt him as their own. Riley now lives in Suffolk, VA with his new Mom and Dad. And it looks like he will be living the "Life of Riley"!!

Litter # One
Our son's friend, Cody, contacted me about getting one of our puppies before they were even born! He wanted his son, Abel, to have a puppy to play with. Boys and their dogs! What a great part of childhood! Cody picked out Ace when he was only THREE DAYS OLD! Ace lives near me in Gate City, VA. He goes to the same vet as his parents!

"Ace is doing really good. He is fully house broke now, and is completely cage broke. He's a really good dog. Very smart and well tempered. He puts up with a lot from Abel, but takes it very well. LOL It's nonstop to the point of having to separate them sometimes for our sanity. HA HA Him and Abel are buddies."

Gracie Goes North!!

Mark and Brooks wanted a little sister for Sugar, their 10 year old Cocker Spaniel. Gracie was a quiet snuggly puppy and would be perfect for the job! Her playfulness side came out when she got home! Sugar is not sure what to do with this little
'whipper-snapper'! Their granddaughter is happy about the new puppy though!!
"Gracie is doing really well. Sleeps most of the nights. No accidents in the house at all. Still teasing Sugar. She's a pistol! Chases Sugar, trying to get her to play, but to no avail. She also is obsessed with watching bees! She is so snuggly and loves everyone!

Munch gets 2 sisters!!
Eddie was looking for a little brother for his two Parti girls, Sophie and Lexie. When he saw Munch's tricolor markings, which matched his girls, he knew that Munch was the one! He and his buddy Sean drove down the next day from Richmond, VA!!
Sophie came along to meet her new little brother. What a beauty! Eddie said that she and Lexie were from the same litter and were like identical twins. Munch will have double the fun with those two!
"Munch loves to hang out with Sophie and Lexie and with our neighbors' dogs in our fenced backyard. They enjoy swimming in the pool we made for them. Munch loves to chase rabbits and squirrels. He also chases those pesky groundhogs that break in to our backyard vegetable garden. Munch loves retrieving tennis balls and pulling their favorite toys

Carter's Amazing Dad
West Coast Cocker
Carter has a great name! His new Dad, Lei Yu, did some research on this area - Hiltons Virginia. He wanted the name he gave his puppy to bear the significance of Carter's heritage. So, Carter, which is what this puppy will go by, is in honor of A.P. Carter- a founding country musician, and the Carter Fold, his family's musical venue; Cash- after Johnny Cash, who married June Carter- daughter of A.P.Carter; Holston- after the Holston river that runs through Hiltons; and Pach- meaning 'one who lives by a river'. Pronounced like <patch>, this part of his name is also a reference to the masks everyone has to wear with the Covid pandemic.

Carter had quite an adventure getting to his new home in the San Francisco Bay area. He flew out with a new buddy in tow, slept a lot and arrived in complete safety. When Carter got to his new home, he had an instant sister. Coco the cat has established the hierarchy in their family. Of course she might just allow him to sleep in his cage again!! LOL Carter loves his Dad, Lei and his new sister, Coco. Life on the West Coast is going to be a big adventure!

Oakley is enjoying his new home. He has already won over his new Cocker Lady friends Bonnie and Scarlett! And he's just a little spoiled, don't you think? He just loves to be with his people no matter where they are. He loves to take his special place in the car... right between Sam and Elizabeth...

Toby now lives with Randy and Terri Hjelmeir in North Carolina. His gentle personality is just what these two precious people were looking for in a new puppy. This new four-legged fur-ball has brought a new joy to their life and they are spoiling him just a little with lots of love and attention. Toby is already learning to respond obediently to the consistent instruction he is getting.

Toby loves his new family! He is cuddly and obedient. Toby is learning to wait for his food and still loves to snuggle. And, he LOVES to socialize when Terri and Randy go shopping. Of course it's his job to greet everyone in the stores.

Oakley is one lucky little guy! His beautiful Red and White coat caught the eye of this North Carolina breeder. Sam Dixon and his wife Elizabeth are Crazy about Cockers. Being a newbie at this breeding venture, I have learned a great deal from Sam. Not only are Sam and Elizabeth new owners of one of our puppies, I feel like I have gained a couple of new friends in the process. Oakley joins a couple of beauties, Bonnie and Scarlett who will eventually have his puppies. I am eager to see how his babies turn out!

UPDATE!! Oakley is now a DADDY!! His beautiful genes have been passed along to a new generation of wiggly puppies!!

Remi's 2 New Brothers
Feisty Britches
Krystal Lucas was hoping to find a "runt" from the litter. Remi was definitely the smallest puppy, but he had the biggest personality! Feisty and fun, Remi had no problem keeping up with his littermates. He will have no trouble with these two energetic boys. Fun times is on the horizon for this little pup. In fact, the first weekend with his new family, he got to go camping! Remi hit the jack pot!

Remi has met his match! He is having lots of adventures with his two new brothers. His first weekend home, Remi went camping with his new family. Of course he prefers to sit ON the deck chairs... much better than the deck!! LOL And, he LOVES to go for rides in the car in his very own basket! Krystal says he gets so excited and jumps right in. And Dustin? Well Remi's new Dad is spoiling him rotten!

Audrey was my assistant when Annie finally went into labor. She was invaluable in providing that extra pair of hands when each puppy arrived. Audrey was hoping for a female. The first four puppies were all males. It wasn't looking too promising that we were even going to get a female. Then out popped LuLu! Audrey bonded with her from the moment she took her first breath. Now, LuLu has begun her healing magic.

When I met Audrey McMichael, she was practically inseparable from her sassy little yorki-poo, who was appropriately named Sassy. They were quite a pair. So, when her beloved little girl reached the end of her life, I just knew one of our expected puppies would be able to heal her heart, just like Charlie had healed mine.

LuLu is growing fast and keeping her new family entertained. Audrey and her grand children and great grand children are loving this new puppy at Grandma's house!! I am super excited to be able to watch this little pup grow up!. AND... her Mom and Dad will get to remain friends with their little girl! It's a WIN WIN!!
